Maison Levain is a neighbourhood bakery with a quiet rule: make simple food as carefully as possible. We feed the levain every morning, let the dough rest overnight, and change the counter with the grain and the season.

The shop is small by design. Order ahead, pick up warm bread on the way to work, or stay a while for coffee and something sweet.

    Build your bag online and choose a pickup time that suits your morning.

    We bake & set aside

    Your loaves are pulled from that morning's bake and bagged with your name on them.

    Pick up warm

    Skip the queue — give your name at the counter and you're on your way.

Come early, leave with something warm.
